Peter has considerable experience in civil and mining consultancy having worked for large international, as well as local south west, consulting practices.  He has broad experience of the land development market and specialises in slope and mine stabilisation, rock engineering and remediation of contaminated sites.  Peter has presented at national and international conferences on rock engineering.

Alan has over 25 years of experience in geotechnical analysis and design of earthworks and foundations, having worked in the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong.  Alan, who has extensive experience in site investigation, planning and management, also especialises in providing high level design and construction advice to consultants and contractors for temporary and permanent works.

Anthony has eighteen years’ professional experience within the ground engineering sector, working on local, national and international projects. Anthony has gained significant experience simultaneously managing multiple projects for a variety of Clients.  He can effectively communicate technical information and ground related advice through Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Interpretive Reports, as well as Geotechnical Design Reports.  He has a wide range of experience having written contract documents for earthworks and ground investigations.  He has also compiled specifications for earthworks, ground investigations, piling and remediation schemes. 

Cila is a chartered geologist with over ten years of experience, specialising in land contamination and risk assessments for human health, ground gas, and groundwater, and has been involved in the assessment and remediation of many Brownfield sites including filling stations, gas works and asbestos contamination.   Cila has also been involved in recent projects assessing risks to the public from land instability in leisure areas such as quarries and cliff slopes.    

Becca has a masters in Engineering Geology at the University of Portsmouth, and has been in the industry since 2018.  Becca's role at Red Rock includes field site investigations, soil and rock logging, site direction, project management, laboratory scheduling, and report writing.  

Lloyd is a geology graduate from the University of Bristol and has been in the industry since 2017. His roles have included soil and rock logging to BS EN ISO 14689, insitu testing to BS EN ISO 22476, site direction, laboratory scheduling, project management and factual and interpretive report writing. He is also a qualified drone operator, with a Civil Aviation Authority Permission for Commercial Operations, and is able to conduct aerial photo surveys to assist with design work.
