Community Development Project in Teignbridge

Red Rock has been involved in the strategic planning process for a new community development in keeping with the local development plan for Teignbridge.  This significant mixed use development will bring much needed new homes and education centres to this area, as well as enhance transport and infrastructure.  As part of the planning team for our confidential clients, we have undertaken a due diligence and Phase 1 Desk Study for an area extending to nearly 100Ha in order to identify early in the process any ground issues or likely planning constraints.  Initial intrusive investigations have provided information to support the first phase of works which is anticipated to commence in the new year.
